Have you always wondered if you could have a horse without the expense of a large piece of property?  Our property may be just right for you and your horse.  We have over 36 acres of grazing pasture (year round), a single-level historic pole barn with dedicated horse stables and a riding arena. This is a rare gem in Arvada.  

We are not a dry lot in fact the horses are rotated between several grazing pastures during the month. Our property has exceptional scenery with a gently sloping landscape and a tree-lined stream bed.  Surrounding the 16 stall barn are outdoor pens, the riding arena, a round pen, a recovery pen, and private irrigated pasture land.   Trailer spaces, a picnic area under the trees, and easy parking are part of the barn’s appeal. 

This place is quiet and safe for both you and your horse.  Community environment is evident as there are many horse owners at the barn throughout the day.  This special place has brought families together for many years as they have enjoyed nurturing their horses and riding together.  Some of these families have been able to help instill in their children a sense of responsibility as they cared for their horses.  

BUC Horse members as well as renters participate in daily care of their own horses.  Nearby riding opportunities are easy to access from our property located ½ mile south of Standley Lake Regional Park.  There is room for you to bring a storage bin for your tack.  Many renters do not need a trailer due to the close proximity of riding trails.
