Established in 1973

The Bridledale Undevelopment Corporation was incorporated in 1973 by a group of Bridledale homeowners.  The foresight of this group and the decisions made at that time have had lasting impacts on the property and the neighborhood. 

The intent of the BUC was to purchase the property and maintain it as a recreational property for the members, free from commercial and residential development. Today the land remains undeveloped and the corporation operates stables and pastures for use by the membership.  The BUC Board of Directors maintains the original objectives by focusing on and sustaining a culture of undevelopment and recreation for its members.
